Abstract
Several import modelling methods and algorithms for studying dynamic systems are beyond the scope of this book. Boolean networks construct dynamic interactions with logical rules and binary states. It represents the diverse responses of biological systems. Large-scale networks, where only correlations between the elements in the network are known, construct graphs, and their structural aspects provide insights into how the elements interact with each other. Spatial inhomogeneity in dynamic systems creates modelling and analysis challenges. Finally, we introduce two rising algorithms from artificial intelligence, deep learning neural network, and reinforcement learning. They have shown huge potential to make significant progress in dynamic system modelling and analysis.
