Abstract
Identification algorithms which combine structure determination and parameter estimation are developed based on well-known orthogonal least squares methods. These algorithms can provide information about the structure, or which terms to include in the model and final parameter estimates in a very simple and efficient manner for a class of multivariable discrete-time nonlinear stochastic systems which are linear in the parameters.
