Owens, D.H. and Raya, A. (1982) Robust Stability of Smith Predictor Controllers for Time Delay Systems. Research Report. ACSE Report 179 . Department of Control Engineering, University of Sheffield, Mappin Street, Sheffield
Abstract
The paper considers Smith Predictor control structures for multivariable process plant with separable delays on the output and analyses the robustness of the control scheme with respect to mis-match between the real plant and its model and to simultaneous changes in plant dynamics.
