Abstract
ASTEROID aids economic decisions on manufacturing/servicing tolerances and repair strategies with easy-to-use tools for the estimation of aerodynamic drag and fuel-burn penalties caused by repair patches poorly rigged control surfaces etc. Current estimation procedures, their proposed development and user interfaces are described.
