La crisis y las transformaciones del derecho público estatal y europeo vistas por la academia española [the crisis and the transformations of Spanish and European public law from the perspective of the Spanish academy]

In the frame of the crisis which has been hitting our continent for the last years, the main political actors have adopted a number of decisions of enormous impact upon the Spanish and European public law. The aim of this article is to track, to systematize and to analyze the response given by the Spanish academy to these transformations, response which as we will show has been featured by a skeptic reading of the reforms.
