Abstract
This report compares the economic benefits of achieving the ambitions for cycling proposed in the Cycling Development Plan and the 'Get Britain Cycling' report against a zero-growth baseline. Monetary estimates of the benefits to health, the environment, safety and congestion are presented for the period 2015 to 2050.
