Zhang, H. and Billings, S.A. (1992) Analysing the Transfer Functions of Nonlinear Systems In the Frequency Domain. UNSPECIFIED. ACSE Research Report 445 . Department of Automatic Control and Systems Engineering
Abstract
Both continuous and discrete time transfer functions of nonlinear systems are analysed and interpreted in the frequency domain by investigating the properties and graphical representation of these functions. The contributions that some typical terms from nonlinear time domain models make to transfer functions is illustrated to provide a better understanding of the frequency response behaviour of complex nonlinear dynamic systems.
