Abstract
The user requirements for a computer-aided-design facility are outlined and an introduction to the ideas of program and data structures is presented. The facilities are available on the CONPAC 4020 are discussed and related to the requirements for a C.A.D. system.The problems of implementation are considered with particular reference to providing a system which is immediately useful yet capable of continual enhancement........
