NIHR Service Delivery and Organisation programme , Southampton.
Abstract
This report updates and extends a systematic review undertaken in 2000 in order to identify recent evidence on effectiveness and costs of CCTH for children with longterm conditions, and extend the review to CCTH for children with short-term health needs. It also reviews the descriptive literature on CCTH in the UK, focussing particularly on service delivery and organisational issues.
