Abstract
Political ideology (on the left-right spectrum) may affect responses to transport policies, including preferences for "carrots" versus "sticks". I present a hypothetical typology of mobility and political preferences structured along two dimensions: (i) political orientation and (ii) willingness to reduce car dependence. I also explain how INFUZE project can help shift mobility narratives away from polarisation and towards a more collaborative, co-design approach to transport and mobility futures.
