Abstract
This paper reviews a recent large-scale curriculum refresh designed to empower students as active agents in their own professional development. By aligning pedagogical structures with employer-demanded skillsets, the project bridges the gap between academic theory and professional readiness. Notably, the redesign was implemented amidst major university-wide structural changes, requiring a sophisticated approach to staff coordination and institutional buy-in. The authors discuss the strategies used to navigate these challenges, emphasising that effective staff management is as vital to curricular success as the pedagogical design itself.
