Abstract
Co-creation is becoming an increasingly accepted method of developing strategies and resources in higher education. However, the existing literature on co-creation focuses largely on projects undertaken in face-to-face learning environments. This case study describes the development of a co-creation project in a wholly online environment, undertaken by members of The Open University’s Faculty of Business and Law. Building on the growing awareness of the importance of student mental health and wellbeing, its aim was the creation of a wellbeing toolkit for first-year distance learning students.
