Abstract
Discusses the potential for algorithmic decision-making to cause injustice and discrimination when used by employers to automate managerial functions. Considers the extent to which the Equality Act 2010 provides remedies for discriminatory automated management, focusing on direct and indirect discrimination, and assesses whether new regulatory frameworks are required.
