Abstract
A framework for population-based structural health monitoring is proposed; this involves the use of a model, referred to as the form, to represent a population of dynamical systems. In this article, a Gaussian process regression is used to define the population-form, which is used to aid novelty detection across a (simulated) population of nominally-identical systems.
