Abstract
This publication focuses on the process of generating qualitative longitudinal data, using ethnographic, interview-based, participatory and documentary and archival sources. Techniques for generating data in interview, including cartographic, life journey and recursive interviewing, are explored, along with a range of participatory tools, including life history calendars, life maps, diaries and future essays.
