Abstract
Migration is a very divisive issue in our society today and the focus of intense political debate. So do the Bible's ancient texts offer any insights that might help us explore our attitudes to people migrating around the world today?
This six-session study guide looks at passages from both Old and New Testaments to explore a variety of ways in which the Bible addresses the subject of migration. Many of the biblical characters and, indeed, authors were themselves migrants, with deep experience of the challenges faced by those who find themselves settling far from home.
