Abstract
The package of measures in the pilot, collectively known as the 'Choices' package, combines existing Jobcentre Plus services with a series of six work-focused interviews and a range of new services and interventions, including Condition Management Programmes and Return To Work Credit. Condition Management Programmes provide advice and information about a range of health conditions from health professionals. Return to Work Credit is a 40 pounds per week supplement to earnings for a maximum of 52 weeks.
