(RE)CONECTANDO O NEXO: PERCEPÇÃO DE JOVENS BRASILEIROS SOBRE O NEXO ÁGUA-ENERGIA-ALIMENTO

Food-energy-water nexus research usually focus only in governance, neglecting the ways in which diverse social groups, especially young people, understand, and engage with the nexus in their everyday lives. To know the young people’s knowledge, perceptions and experiences related to water, energ y and food and the connections between these resources, a quantitative and qualitative approach was applied to young people and professionals who works in areas related to the subject. Based on the analysis of the results, it will be possible to structure strategies to protect natural resources and propose improvements in basic education as well as public policies.
